Our objective is to provide an architectural documentation, presentation and consultant coordination service second to none. Our experience has been gained by working with large architectural firms, sole practitioners, construction companies and project developers.

Documentation ranges from the design development stage through to construction drawings, including 3D modelling and presentation. You can engage our services at any stage of a project or from start to completion. This enables flexibility with your staff resources and consultant coordination.

We are currently located at 512 Murray Street, Perth, WA. Our office is available to you for project and consultant meetings. Alternatively we are available to attend your office for meetings as required.

	Consultant coordination At ARCHdoc we don’t just draw lines. Our understanding of architectural construction enables us to assist you with the coordination of your consultants input. We work with you to resolve conflicts in Structural, Electrical, Hydraulic and Mechanical elements in the building while maintaining a focus on achieving your design intent. Our involvement can be as a valued team member attending consultant meetings or with complete discretion.  Our service is tailored to your needs.
	3D presentation Full colour realistic perspectives, Interior design renders, animated or still solar studies, building walk throughs and grey scale models for form analysis are just a few of the 3D solutions on offer from ARCHdoc Australia. Whatever your needs, we can create a solution. Showcase your design to the client, animate it for clarity, convey it accurately for Design Approval or display it for onsite signage. You can view and assess your designs before their built. Remember, we can also document it for you.

Methodology

ARCHdoc Australia are a totally flexible documentation service and are dedicated to provide its clients all drawing related documents to any level or stage of your project.

During the project life, cad files are supplied to any or all consultants as required.

Our service also includes co-ordinating provided information from consultants back into the current project to ensure the information is current at all times.

Our flexibility is the level of involvement throughout the project. We will be available for any project meetings you require, from design development to consultant meetings and offering our office to host relevant meetings if preferred.

All projects will be produced to your company's protocol and standards, free from digital errors and ready for plotting at any time as required.

Throughout the project life the drawings can be supplied to you in a rage of formats .dwg, .rvt, .dwf, .pdf or hardcopy or if you prefer with prior arrangement, can be downloaded from your own project file off our website.
